Basically you choose the country you want to send text messages to and click on “Worldwide SMS/Text Message Rates” and you will get a list of carriers in that country with the message costs. Most countries I clicked on (and I clicked on a good variety), came out at US$0.045 per message – that is less than 5 cents a message around the world.
